The sports facilities on offer at the British School in Colombo are some of the finest of any school in Colombo.
Students at BSC have access to two swimming pools, two basketball courts (one outdoor and one indoor), a multi-gym, cricket nets and an expansive sports terrace that houses indoor badminton and tennis courts.
These onsite facilities are supplemented as required by off-site access to sporting facilities, in particular for football, cricket and competitive swimming.
Extra-curricular sport is run before and after school, with regular fixtures taking place in all sports. We currently offer ten different sports with specialist coaches, who deliver weekly sessions across both Junior and Senior school.
